seqd

Self-hosted email sequencer. No Instantly. No Apollo. Just your inbox and your leads.

seqd is an open-source personal email sequencer built for founders and small sales teams doing outbound. Per-contact sequences, multi-mailbox Gmail OAuth, reply detection, CC/BCC for CRM passthrough. Self-host it for free — own your data, your deliverability, and your stack.

Next.js 15 Supabase Redis Drizzle ORM Google OAuth Docker

Everything you need for personal outbound

No seat pricing. No sending limits based on your plan. Just a tool that does one thing well.

Multi-mailbox Gmail OAuth

Connect unlimited Gmail mailboxes. seqd rotates sending across them automatically to protect deliverability.

Per-contact sequences

Every contact gets their own sequence with its own state. Pause one without affecting others. No enrollment mess.

Templates with {{vars}}

Build reusable multi-step templates. Variables get resolved at sequence creation time — always consistent.

Reply detection

Gmail API polling stops sequences automatically when a contact replies. No chasing people who already responded.

CC/BCC for CRM passthrough

Set CC/BCC per email step. Use it to BCC your Attio or HubSpot drop address — every sent email lands in your CRM.

REST API + CLI

Full REST API and a seqd CLI for automation. Import contacts from CSV, run dry-runs, check capacity — all scriptable.

How it works

01

Connect your Gmail

Authorize one or more Gmail mailboxes via Google OAuth. seqd never stores your email password — just an encrypted access token.

02

Create a sequence

Write your steps, set delays, add {{first_name}} variables. Use a template or start from scratch. Sequences are per-contact — each one independent.

03

Let it run

seqd schedules sends respecting your daily caps, watches for replies, and stops automatically when someone responds.

Self-host in minutes

seqd is designed to run on any VPS, a Raspberry Pi, or Vercel + Supabase. One docker compose up and you're live.
